Refund Policy for MediTrackr
Effective Date: April 17, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how free trials, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are handled for MediTrackr.
1. Free Trial
MediTrackr may offer a limited free trial, such as a 14-day trial, to allow clinics to evaluate the product before subscribing.
At the end of the trial, access may become read-only until a paid subscription is activated.
2. Paid Plans
MediTrackr is offered on recurring subscription plans, including monthly and annual billing options, as displayed on the pricing page or agreed in writing.
3. No Refund After Subscription Period Starts
Except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.
This includes:
- partial use of a monthly plan
- partial use of an annual plan
- unused time remaining in a billing period
- change of mind after activation
- failure to use the service after purchase
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or billed in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Valid billing errors may be reviewed and corrected at our discretion.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel renewal of your subscription before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will generally stop future renewals, but it will not usually create a refund for the already active billing period.
6. Trial-to-Paid Conversion
If a paid plan begins after a free trial, the paid subscription will be governed by the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of activation.
7. Data Access After Cancellation or Expiry
After subscription expiry or cancellation, access may be limited, suspended, or changed to read-only in accordance with the product plan and system settings.
